Cuando est\u00e9n a punto, se escurre tanto el repollo como las patatas y trinchalas. Puedes utilizar un tenedor o una espumadera para ello.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar el tocino en forma de tiras peque\u00f1as. Luego ll\u00e9valas a una sart\u00e9n grande con un poco de aceite hasta que queden crujientes.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el repollo y las patatas a la sart\u00e9n con las pancetas y ve mezclando poco a poco hasta que consigas tener un tipo de pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>En otra sart\u00e9n, pon a sofre\u00edr las lonchas de tocino.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 listo el tocino, sirve el trinchado caliente con un corte de tocino por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Este plato es tan completo que no hace falta que utilices ning\u00fan acompa\u00f1amiento, a excepci\u00f3n de una buena copa de vino tinto!
