Tambi\u00e9n puedes a\u00f1adir un poco de romero, una mano de canela y nuez moscada.<\/li><li>Deja reposar la preparaci\u00f3n durante unos 40 d\u00edas bajo el m\u00e9todo de sol y sereno.<\/li><li>Despu\u00e9s de este tiempo, debes filtrar y a\u00f1adir el az\u00facar, agua y una cantidad de alcohol que sea pertinente.<\/li><li>Cuando ya has acabado, ci\u00e9rrala con un tap\u00f3n de corcho y d\u00e9jala envejecer durante 3 meses m\u00e1s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_se_toma_en_Cataluna\"><\/span>C\u00f3mo se toma en Catalu\u00f1a<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La rataf\u00eda tiene un sabor dulce, m\u00e1s o menos intenso, que se consume a temperatura ambiente.
