De hecho, es uno de los platos m\u00e1s solicitados en nuestra cocina por los amantes de la carne. Esta forma de cocinar tiene su propia tradici\u00f3n e identidad en Catalu\u00f1a. Y como tradici\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1amos este plato tan delicioso con otros muy significativos de nuestra cocina como los <strong><em>cal\u00e7ots<\/em>, el pan con tomate y el alioli.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para empezar a cocinar carne a la brasa, lo m\u00e1s importante es disponer de una buena materia prima.
